Report Sheet:
Useful for receiving report and also giving report! Also great to fill out when you first arrive and you're prepping on your patient and trying to see how your day will look.

Assessment Sheet:
Great for your beginning of shift head-to-toe assessment! I usually try to chart in my patient's room, but sometimes the computers are acting real slow, or I get pulled into another room. Using this sheet is helpful because I have plenty of information on it for when I do have time to sit and chart everything, and it's great to look back at while making my care plan.
