A little back to school haul
These pens are all from Amazon and cost less than $10! Just search "fine tip marker" and they have tons of options.
These are great for color coding your notes and making concept maps!
Jumbo PaperMate pencils make filling in test bubbles so much easier!
Also fun to doodle with
Paper Mate Flairs are also a must for me! If you were going to get any I would suggest the Tropical collection- such cute pastels!
Sticky notes are a MUST for nursing school!
I like to read my chapters the day before we lecture on them. So if I'm reading and come across something I have a question about I'll slap a sticky note on it so I don't forget the next day.
I also always tab my chapters with stickys, making it easier to flip from chapter to chapter!
Ideas of What to Get:
Flash cards- about 500
Binders- I just use one for the whole semester (not one for each topic- too much to carry; just use a divider for each class)
Paper- white paper, notebook paper, graph paper
Pens- colored, black, fine tip, thick tip (I like PaperMate InkJoys), Mini sharpies for clinical (put them on your name badge!)
Highlighters-mildliners (from Amazon) are a necessity!
Sticky notes- small and medium size
Pen case- makeup pouches are perfect
Planner- weekly is best (I use Google Calendars a lot too! Easier to change dates/times)
Clips- paper clips or binder clips, good for keeping flashcards together
Dividers- you can't have too many
Pencils- don't forget lead! (I love the PaperMate Jumbo pencils!)
Lunch box
Snacks
Chapstick, OTC Meds, Hand Lotion
Water bottle/Coffee cup- stay hydrated and caffeinated during classes
Printer- I print most things at school but a printer is a life saver when you don't want to run to campus
Backpack
